Lesson 2 - Clear the Clutter
In this lesson you'll activate the free flow of vital "chi" energy through the acupuncture meridians using my own evolution of EFT or tapping.  I've taken my knowledge of acupuncture and applied it to a technique proven in studies to dramatically reduce stress. This one can be used to help you with specific emotional situations that may be over-occupying your mind.

Lesson 3 - Come Home to Yourself 

In this lesson you'll learn one of the most powerful internal alchemy practices on the planet (maybe even the galaxy!!!)   You'll learn to bring your internal energy back into proper alignment and clear other people's negativity out of your electromagnetic field (yes - that is a real thing that can really mess up your day)

Lesson 4 - Wake Up Your Chi

In lesson 1 you learned a very calming breathing pattern.  In this lesson you'll learn to stoke your chi energy with a breathing pattern that will really fire you up.  The added benefit of this one is that it detoxifies your blood while stimulating digestion and boosting mental clarity.

Lesson 5 - Settle Your System
In this lesson you'll learn how to bring harmony to your internal organs and your brain using an ancient Chi Gong meditation.  (Chi Gong is the art of working with the bodies' vital energy). This one is great anytime of day or night and has been the foundation of my practice for 25 years.
