Immune System Reboot
Activate your immunity to colds, flus and viruses
Welcome to part 4 of the Prana Mountain Immune System Reboot.  I call this section "Boost" because this is a great Lung Tonic.

The practice is one of my all time go-to manuvers to keep my Lungs strong.  Most of the people in my family(including myself) have dealt with asthma. This practice along with the others in this course, coupled with a healthy diet and mindset have kept me virtually asymptomatic for the past 25 years.

Lung Chi Boost

This technique uses Chi Gong (the art of working with vital energy) to activate the Life Force in the Lungs.  Lung Chi (energy) provides the outer defense for our Immune System so we need to keep the Lungs energized.

If you've gone through any Lung illness like cold, flu or pneumonia this is a great step to take to rebuild.  Or if you, have history of asthma, smoking, etc this is a great way to get healthy.  Unlike deep breathing pranayama (like the Wim Hof breathing), you can also use this technique to during illness to energize and clear out the lungs.
